INVITED-TRIAL GUIDE · UPDATED 15 October 2026
Approved reuse rules and independent release
What ReclaimStation checks automatically, what your team approves, and why a person always releases a recovered part.
This guide describes the trial scope. Access and the workflow supported for your site are agreed before the trial starts.
Rules applied to every part
Once your team approves its recovery routes and reuse rules, ReclaimStation applies them to every part: which recovered parts may be offered for which builds, at which revisions, with which current checks. Operators see the outcome and the reason, and a part that doesn't qualify stays held.
Plain English, then independent review
Rules are described in plain English, with SmartFACT proposing typed rules, or built in the structured editor. Either way they are proved against expected examples and approved by a different reviewer. At the bench the approved rules run exactly as written, with no AI call when a part is checked, reserved or fitted.
People release parts
Your team supplies the check methods and limits, and operators record what they observe. A supervisor who didn't supply the evidence releases each part. ReclaimStation can't waive a failed check, missing permission or an unknown identity, and no AI decides, grades or approves a part.
What a release means
A release is your team's recorded decision that a recovered part may be used again within your approved rules. It is not a safety certificate, a manufacturer's approval or a warranty, and ReclaimStation does not refurbish, certify or warrant a part.
Practise with the real screens
Practise reserving released parts, responding to held parts and unknown labels, releasing checked parts and recording a source concern, using made-up returns and parts.
